As a Lifeguard in our Subtropical Swimming Paradise, you'll help create a safe and welcoming experience for every guest. You'll uphold the highest health and safety standards while delivering exceptional guest care.
What you’ll be doing:
- Monitor pool areas, ensuring guest safety and responding to emergencies
- Provide friendly, professional customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and uphold health and safety standards
- Complete NPLQ training and demonstrate rescue and first aid skills
To be a Lifeguard, you must be a strong swimmer and pass a swim test during the interview, which includes diving into deep water, timed swimming on front and back and exiting the pool without assistance.

Your working hours:
- Full‑time and part‑time contracts available, shifts fall between 6:00am and 10:00pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum amount of hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you:
- RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification and completed 20‑hours of continued professional development
- Able to swim 50 metres within 55 seconds
- Communicate effectively with people and stay calm under pressure
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
