Lead the Accommodation maintenance team, delivering planned and reactive maintenance strategies to ensure highest standards and smooth operations. Oversee compliance, budgets and team performance while promoting a positive and motivated work culture.
What you'll be doing
- Lead and support the team to deliver high-quality work
- Manage reactive maintenance tasks, ensuring timely and effective resolution
- Develop and implement a planned preventative strategy for all lodges
- Ensure all statutory and legal testing is completed, documented and compliant
- Promote a positive team culture focused on wellbeing and continuous improvement

Your working hours
- Full-time contract, 150 contracted hours per 4-week period
- Shifts fall between 7:00am to 10:00pm
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you
- NVQ Level 3 in either Electrical, Mechanical or Plumbing or equivalent
- Skilled in management and delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget
- Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong people management skills including coaching and performance management
- Effective communication at all levels
- Works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
