Leisure Bookings Advisor/ Activity Host (fixed-term)

Help guests book their way to fun, fitness and creativity
You’ll help keep our sports and leisure spaces running smoothly by handling activity bookings, hiring out equipment and supporting guests with a friendly, can‑do attitude.
What you’ll be doing
- Manage activity bookings and hire out sports equipment
- Assist guests with enquiries and ensure equipment safety checks
- Operate bowling lanes and support the pottery studio
- Host interactive experiences in the Entertainment Hive

Your working hours
Please note this is a fixed-term contract until 3rd January 2027
- Part-time contract
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 32 or 128 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes evenings and weekends

- Good communication skills
- Warm, friendly and genuine approach to guests and colleagues
- Confident using IT systems and software
