KITCHEN STEWARD / PORTER | £12.37 per hour
A range of quality own‑brand and high‑street restaurants and cafés, mixed with great food, family‑friendly menus, and a generous sprinkling of excellent service. That’s the recipe for success in our Food and Beverage department. Across nine locations, the department employs about 350 people, including nine restaurants, cafés and bars, plus a production kitchen. Concessionary units such as Bella Italia and Café Rouge also provide a diverse range of dining options for guests at Center Parcs.
Benefits of service charge: The Kitchen Steward / Porter will benefit from the discretionary service charge added to bills at all listed restaurants, enabling guests to reward excellent service.
Role Summary: Assist the Kitchen Team in disposing of kitchen waste and deep cleaning of kitchen and wash‑up areas. Maintain a high standard of hygiene and safety. Carry out cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping and operating pot‑washing machinery as directed by the Kitchen Manager.

Commuting
Applicants must be able to reliably commute to Center Parcs Woburn Forest, as public transport options are limited. For a realistic overview of your commute, please follow the provided travel plan link.
Hours of Work
- Rajindas – 48 hours per 4‑week period, flexible evenings and weekends.
- Sports Café – 150 hours per 4‑week period, flexible weekdays and weekends.
- Pancake House – 80 hours per 4‑week period, flexible weekdays and weekends.
Please state your desired contracted hours from the above options in the suitability section of your application form.
As the village is open 365 days a year, working hours will include public/bank holidays and Christmas/New Year on a rota basis.
