Canopy Café and Bar is a poolside stop for food and drinks in the Subtropical Swimming Paradise. We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Canopy Café and Bar team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high‑quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
- Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours:
- Part‑time
- Contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4‑week period. Additional hours may be required in line with operational needs.
