Help keep the forest feeling fresh. You will deliver effective training and ongoing support to Housekeeping Managers and their teams. Reporting to the Accommodation Services Manager, you will ensure all training requirements are met to uphold service excellence and compliance standards.
What you'll be doing:
- Deliver colleague and induction training in collaboration with Housekeeping Managers
- Organise and maintain legal compliance training and accurate training records
- Provide corrective training when required to uphold standards
- Assist with recruitment process of Housekeeping colleagues

Your working hours:
Part‑time contract, fully flexible. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
