Deliver excellent service in the forest. Join our ParcMarket team as a Retail Assistant, where you'll deliver outstanding customer service and ensure our store runs smoothly. You'll handle everything from serving guests at the checkout to maintaining stock displays and supporting other retail outlets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Operate tills and handle transactions
  • Replenish stock and maintain displays
  • Welcome and assist customers professionally
  • Resolve queries and ensure a positive guest experience

Your working hours:

Please note that this is a fixed-term position until 3 September 2026. Part-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 96 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will fall between 6:30am and 9:15pm and will include weekend working.
