Provide calm care in the forest. We're looking for a qualified First Aider with a passion for helping others and making a real difference. In this role, you'll provide immediate care and support to guests and colleagues, ensuring safe and effective triage, treatment and referral when needed.
What you'll be doing:
- Respond to first aid and emergency call outs, providing assessment and treatment
- Triage and treat at the First Aid Centre, referring to healthcare service providers when needed
- Record incidents accurately, ensuring compliance with company and GDPR standards
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and provide welfare follow-ups, documenting onward treatment needs

Your working hours:
Part-time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 131 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. These shifts will fall between 8am and 9pm and will include a mixture of midweek and weekend shifts.
About you:
- First Aid certification, with AED or extensive experience in providing First Aid
- BLS Adult and Paediatrics or prepared to undertake training
- Qualification in Oxygen administration or prepared to undertake training
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months
- Able to work under pressure, prioritise and make calm decisions
- Strong communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft and other systems
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
