Keep guests happy from behind the scenes. You will coordinate all central building projects, including new builds and refurbishments. You'll ensure delivery is efficient, safe and aligned with company policies and best practices.
What you'll be doing:
- Manage budgets and ensure projects are delivered on time and within financial plans
- Coordinate contractors and procurement for timely delivery and installation
- Oversee site safety and compliance with health and safety standards
- Resolve snagging issues promptly to maintain guest experience
- Lead and manage all projects to company standards

Your working hours:
Full-time, 150 contracted hours per 4-week period. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
About you:
- HNC in Construction, Engineering or a formal Project Management qualification
- Experience in project management within construction, maintenance or refurbishment
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
- Skilled in planning, prioritising and managing dynamic workloads
- Knowledge of procurement techniques and contract forms
- Strong communication skills across all levels
