Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest. Join our team as a Spa Assistant / Lifeguard and help create a safe, clean and tranquil environment for our guests. You'll deliver exceptional service while maintaining the high standards and serene atmosphere of our Aqua Sana Forest Spa.
What you'll be doing:
- Provide lifeguard support and ensure guest safety at all times
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and ambience through daily spa upkeep and deep cleaning routines
- Support general maintenance to uphold spa presentation and hygiene standards
Please note: Trainee candidates must attend a 5-day NPLQ course and employment will be subject to passing the course.

Your working hours:
- We have various contracts available
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum over a four week period
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
- This role includes early mornings, evenings, weekends and bank holidays
About you:
- RLSS Pool Lifeguard / NARS Qualification
- Clear communicator with strong time management, attention to detail and initiative
- Ability to build positive relationships across all levels and work well in a team
- Friendly, genuine and warm towards guests and colleagues
Additional requirements:
- A swim test is required as part of the interview process
- A DBS check must be completed before starting
