Restaurant Runner delivers freshly prepared meals from our restaurants straight to guests' accommodation. Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great one. We're looking for a Restaurant Shift Manager to join our Restaurant Runner team to ensure every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. In this role, you'll lead and motivate the team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold brand standards and support ongoing team training.

What you'll be doing:

  • Oversee daily shift operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience
  • Lead and support the team, fostering a positive and proactive work environment
  • Achieve budgeted sales targets and ensure efficient staff deployment
  • Maintain high service standards and compliance with brand expectations

Your working hours:

Please note that this is a fixed term position until 14 January 2027. Full‑time. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. This role includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
