Help keep the forest feeling fresh. As a Linen Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the linen operation, maintaining high standards of cleanliness in line with the department operational standards manual.
What you'll be doing:
- Oversee linen delivery operations, ensuring timely collection and delivery
- Manage budgets, supplier orders and rota planning
- Supervise multiple teams and ensure high standards
- Ensure vehicles are equipped, cleaned and unloaded after runs
- Act as main contact for linen vans and escalates issues as needed

Your working hours:
Part time hours. You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 64 hours over a 4-week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements. Your shifts will fall between 08:00am and 18:00pm, including every other weekend.
About you:
- Sociably confident with strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Full driving licence, held for a minimum of 6 months and willingness to complete trailer training
- Confident in Microsoft Office and general IT literacy
- Empathetic and supportive approach to team leadership
