Events Receptionist

Woburn Forest | £12.87 per hour

Deliver excellent service in the forest

We're looking for a Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our conference centre – The Venue. You'll handle guest queries efficiently, manage reception duties and provide administrative support, while occasionally assisting with event service delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming experience
  • Maintain reception area and update signage / marketing materials
  • Handle admin tasks and coordinate with internal teams
  • Support event delivery and front‑of‑house operations

Your working hours

  • Part‑time
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 120 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements.
  • These shifts will typically fall between Mondays and Fridays but will include working the occasional weekend.
  • You may also be required to work Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
