What you'll be doing

  • Assist in managing the kitchen team and daily operations
  • Control food costs and margins to meet budget targets
  • Maintain high food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and prepare dishes to agreed standards

Your working hours

  • Full‑time, working straight shifts
  • You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
  • This role includes weekends and bank holidays

About you

  • Ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team in a fast‑paced environment
  • Good financial awareness, including stock control, scheduling and waste management
  • Previous experience in a supervisory chef role (Chef de Partie or above)
  • Excellent communication, organisation and time‑management skills under pressure
