Center Parcs group at Longleat Forest is seeking a Line Cook / Junior Chef de Partie for Huck's American Bar and Grill. You will prepare, cook and present dishes to high standards and supervise Kitchen Assistants in the absence of the Kitchen Manager.
This is a full-time role with shifts 11:00-23:00, seven days a week. Guaranteed 150 hours over 4 weeks, with possible extra hours. Pay is £13.86/hour plus an average £4.43/hour in tips.
