Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef - Fast Food Restaurant Whinfell Forest | £12.87 per hour plus tips. Dexters Kitchen is a table service fast food restaurant serving quick, family‑friendly favourites. We're seeking a motivated Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly Dexters Kitchen team. This role offers the opportunity to learn and progress while supporting the preparation, cooking and presentation of high-quality dishes. Full training will be provided, so enthusiasm and a willingness to develop are key.
What you'll be doing:
- Assist with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and work effectively as part of a team
- Follow health, safety and food hygiene guidelines

Your working hours:
- Full-time contract, shifts fall between 9:00am and 7:30pm
- You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 hours over a 4‑week period.
- You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements
