Center Parcs in the Woburn Forest region is inviting applications for a People Assistant.

This role blends broad administrative responsibilities across Talent Development, Talent Acquisition and People Services projects, with a focus on efficiency and continuous improvement.

You’ll support onboarding to offboarding, manage data across People disciplines and contribute to automation initiatives.

Core hours are 9am–5pm, with a 90‑hour/4‑week period and a circa £28,200 pro‑rata salary.
