Waking Night Support Worker – Children\’s Residential Home
Location: Near Folkestone
Salary: Competitive
Hours: 3 nights one week, 4 nights the next (rotating shift pattern)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Responsibilities
- Provide consistent overnight care and support for children with learning disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in line with organisational policies.
- Follow safeguarding, fire, and health & safety procedures at all times.
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous professional development.
- Attend supervisions, appraisals, and team meetings.
Requirements
- Experience working with children or young people in a residential setting is desirable but not essential.
- A caring, resilient, and proactive approach to support work.
- Willingness to work towards a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or already hold it).
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and professionalism.
