Salary: Up to £29,000 (including 2 sleep-ins per week)

As a Residential Support Worker, you\’ll be responsible for providing direct care and support to children and young people, helping them develop life skills, build confidence, and achieve positive outcomes. Your role is crucial in promoting safety, wellbeing, and personal growth in a nurturing environment.

Requirements:

To succeed as a Residential Support Worker, you must have:

• A proven background in care
• The legal right to work in the UK
• Willingness to complete regular sleep-in shifts
