We are recruiting an experienced Deputy Care Home Manager to support the day-to-day leadership of a well-established residential care home in Maidstone. The role combines hands-on care delivery with operational and administrative management responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Registered Manager with the daily running of the residential care home
- Lead, supervise and support care staff to maintain high standards of care
- 50% floor-based care, ensuring safe and person-centred practice & 50% office-based work including care planning and compliance
- Conduct audits, quality checks and contribute to regulatory compliance
- Ensure best practice, effective communication and team coordination
- Step up and manage the home in the Registered Manager's absence
