Our client is an ambitious and exciting business. They are specialists in commercial catering equipment and commercial laundry equipment, supplying to the catering, hospitality, and public sectors, as well as carrying out service, maintenance, repair, and installations on all types of commercial catering and refrigeration equipment.

Due to continued success, they are now looking to recruit a Catering Engineer to cover the Sheffield to Wakefield area.

Role Overview:

As a Catering Engineer, you will be carrying out maintenance, repair, fault finding, and occasional installation of catering equipment, e.g., restaurant and bar appliances, including cook line equipment and ware washing. Experience with prime cooking equipment and dishwashers is an advantage. You will be field-based, covering the Sheffield/Wakefield area. You will be working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm on weekdays, with a 1-hour lunch. Overtime hours available.

The Candidate:

  • Comcat 1, 3, and 5 qualifications are essential.
  • The successful candidate MUST have Commercial Catering Equipment industry experience.
  • Experience in electrical and gas catering equipment repair and maintenance is required.
  • You MUST also have a full UK driving licence.
  • You should ideally reside in the Yorkshire area.
