Di bawah supervisi PHC Manager, Project Lead Pencerah Nusantara bertanggung jawab memimpin perencanaan strategis, implementasi, pembelajaran adaptif, dan pengawasan program penguatan layanan kesehatan primer di wilayah kerja. Posisi ini memastikan program berjalan selaras dengan strategi organisasi, prioritas pemerintah, dan persyaratan donor, serta mencapai target People Level Outcome (PLO), System Level Outcome (SLO), dan Organization Level Outcome (OLO) secara efektif, akuntabel, dan berkelanjutan.

Project Lead berperan sebagai penghubung strategis antara arah teknis organisasi, kebutuhan implementasi lapangan, dan agenda transformasi sistem kesehatan. Dalam kapasitas ini, Project Lead menerjemahkan arahan teknis dari Leads PHC (Integrated Service Delivery & Quality, Digital Health Transformation, dan Community Health) menjadi strategi implementasi yang operasional, terintegrasi, dan adaptif terhadap dinamika lapangan.

Posisi ini juga memimpin koordinasi lintas fungsi internal serta membangun dan menjaga hubungan strategis dengan Kementerian Kesehatan, donor, pemerintah daerah, dan mitra terkait lainnya untuk mendukung implementasi program, pembelajaran sistem, dan pengembangan model yang berpotensi direplikasi atau institusionalisasi pada level yang lebih luas.

Project Lead bertanggung jawab memastikan tata kelola program dan anggaran berjalan sesuai prinsip akuntabilitas, kepatuhan donor, dan efektivitas implementasi, sekaligus mendorong budaya pembelajaran berkelanjutan dan pengambilan keputusan berbasis data untuk memperkuat dampak program.

Kualifikasi Minimum

  • Minimal Sarjana (S1) di bidang Kesehatan/ Kesehatan Masyarakat, Kebijakan Publik, Studi Pembangunan, atau bidang relevan; Magister (S2) menjadi nilai tambah
  • Memiliki minimal 3 tahun pengalaman dalam pengelolaan program kesehatan masyarakat atau pembangunan, dengan setidaknya 2 tahun di posisi manajerial atau kepemimpinan tim
  • Berpengalaman dalam perencanaan strategis, implementasi, dan monitoring evaluasi program
  • Berpengalaman dalam pengelolaan hubungan dengan donor dan pelaporan program sesuai standar donor
  • Berpengalaman bekerja dengan Kementerian Kesehatan, pemerintah daerah, atau pemangku kepentingan di tingkat nasional
  • Memahami kebijakan dan sistem kesehatan primer di Indonesia
  • Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi strategis dan penyusunan laporan yang baik dalam Bahasa Indonesia dan Inggris
  • Mampu mengelola tim lintas fungsi dan bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis
