MERL & KM Officer adalah posisi lapangan yang berfungsi sebagai focal point monitoring, evaluasi, riset, dan pengelolaan pengetahuan program Pencerah Nusantara di tingkat cluster kecamatan di Kabupaten Kendal. Officer ini aktif turun ke lapangan, mengumpulkan dan memverifikasi data dari faskes dan kegiatan program, menyusun field notes berbasis observasi partisipatif, mengidentifikasi praktik baik dan tantangan implementasi, serta menerjemahkan temuan lapangan menjadi insight yang bisa digunakan untuk perbaikan program secara nyata.

Ada empat fungsi utama yang dijalankan:

  • monitoring dan pelaporan data rutin
  • riset dan pembelajaran implementasi
  • pengelolaan sistem dokumentasi program
  • diseminasi temuan kepada tim dan pemangku kepentingan lokal

Keempat fungsi ini berjalan bersamaan dan saling menopang, data yang baik menghasilkan pembelajaran yang relevan, dan pembelajaran yang terdokumentasi dengan baik mendorong perbaikan implementasi berbasis bukti.

Kandidat yang cocok adalah seseorang yang sistematis dan detail-oriented, nyaman bekerja dengan data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif, dan punya kemampuan analisis serta penulisan yang cukup untuk menyajikan temuan lapangan dalam format yang mudah dipahami dan digunakan oleh tim.

Kualifikasi Minimum:

  • Minimal lulusan S1 di bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat, Statistik, Epidemiologi, Sosiologi, Ilmu Sosial, atau bidang relevan lainnya.
  • Memiliki pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalam monitoring program, pengelolaan data, riset lapangan, implementation learning, atau knowledge management.
  • Memiliki pengalaman dalam pengumpulan, verifikasi, analisis dasar, dan pengelolaan data kuantitatif maupun kualitatif.
  • Memiliki pengalaman menyusun laporan, learning note, dokumentasi program, atau ringkasan analitik.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisis kualitatif dasar dan sintesis temuan lapangan.
  • Terbiasa menggunakan Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, dan platform pengelolaan dokumen/data program.
  • Memiliki kemampuan bekerja secara sistematis, detail-oriented, dan berorientasi pada kualitas data serta dokumentasi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan koordinasi dan komunikasi yang baik dengan tim internal maupun stakeholder lapangan.
  • Bersedia melakukan mobilitas lapangan lintas wilayah dampingan.
  • Pengalaman bekerja pada program kesehatan masyarakat, penguatan sistem kesehatan, atau proyek donor menjadi nilai tambah.
  • Pengalaman bekerja dengan Puskesmas, Dinas Kesehatan, atau pemerintah daerah menjadi nilai tambah.
