Lexology PRO has seen high double digit growth for the past two years on a “land and expand” strategy for new logo acquisition, whilst also seeing an increasing demand for Enterprise sized deals. We are looking to hire a Sales Manager Lexology PRO to join our Practice Intelligence GTM division, helping drive the sales of Lexology PRO. The role will report into the Global Commercial Director and will be responsible for EMEA New Business Growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Continue to develop the EMEA New Business Engine for Lexology PRO through prospecting to closing.
- Drive consistent new customer acquisition to continue to achieve our ambitious growth targets.
- Understand the evolving market and bring strategies to develop and upskill the team.
- Build processes and best practices to scale.
- Manage a Business Development team to ensure they and the team exceed targets.
- React to changing market conditions in an agile manner to ensure consistent team performance.
- Train the team in how to thoroughly research and understand the needs and structures of prospective clients within their target sector.
- Implement our Sales Methodology with the team, to align to global standards.
- Partner with Product, Content, Marketing, RevOps and Sales Enablement to implement growth strategies and help shape the future of the product.
- Work with colleagues in New York and Hong Kong to ensure consistent standards and processes in our global offices.
- Negotiate and manage complex multi-stakeholder sales with global clients and manage their often complex procurement processes.
- Work closely with Account Management to understand and deliver value to customers.
- Implement and manage effective KPIs with the team to ensure there is sufficient pipeline to hit targets and manage team morale.
- Drive accurate forecasting and reporting on team performance.
- Build a strong working knowledge of the Legal intelligence space and company product positioning.

- Understands business outcomes and market perceptions to align sales process.
- Deeply curious and collaborative to help drive the right approach to lead to the best outcomes.
- Knowledge on organization offerings with a strong focus on attention to detail.
- Customer focused – excellent understanding of customer needs alongside business drivers and experience of using that knowledge to set priorities, solve operational issues and drive revenue growth.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and action-oriented mindset.
- Experience growing new business teams selling subscription services in a high growth environment.
- Experience in legal sector (not required but a plus).
