We are seeking a highly organised and commercially minded Awards Marketing Manager to support the planning, promotion, and delivery of industry awards programmes from launch through to post-event communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for awards programmes, including email marketing, social media, website content, partnership activity, and promotional campaigns.
- Manage and maintain awards platforms and event systems, including setup, category management, automated communications, and reporting.
- Monitor entry numbers, campaign performance, audience engagement, and sales activity, providing regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with editorial, sales, design teams, sponsors, judges, and external partners to support campaign objectives and event success.
- Oversee audience data management and segmentation to ensure campaigns are correctly targeted.
- Respond to entrant queries ensuring a high-quality customer experience throughout the awards process.
- Support shortlist announcements, ticket sales activity, and post-event communications.
- Proofread and coordinate event-related materials including scripts, programme guides, and promotional collateral.
