As an Account Manager, you will own and grow relationships with an established portfolio of clients, working across a mixed product portfolio and territory. This is a commercially focused role with clear accountability for revenue growth, renewals and customer value.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with existing customers, proactively managing accounts to identify upsell, cross-sell and retention opportunities.
- Create and execute client sales plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Work closely with Customer Success to manage the full client lifecycle and increase both renewal value and volume.
- Gather and relay client feedback to support product development and the successful launch of new products.
- Accurately record sales activity and pipeline progression in CRM from opportunity creation through to close.
