Private Client Global Elite is seeking a Memberships Manager to support the growth of its global membership network.

This hands‑on role within a small team offers immediate responsibility for managing member relationships, driving membership growth and supporting sponsorship sales activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Grow the Private Client Global Elite membership through new member acquisition and account development.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with an existing portfolio of members.
  • Identify and pursue new membership opportunities through outreach, networking and referrals.
  • Conduct meetings and presentations with prospective and existing members.
  • Support sponsorship sales across events and other commercial activities.
  • Attend industry events and represent the business professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records and sales activity within Salesforce.
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure a high‑quality member experience.

Essential

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
  • Confident engaging with senior professionals and stakeholders.
  • A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to take initiative.
  • Commercial awareness and an interest in sales and business development.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel for events and meetings.

Desirable

  • Experience in membership, sales, business development or account management roles.
  • Understanding of the legal, private client, wealth management or professional services sectors.
  • Experience supporting sponsorship sales or event‑related commercial activities.
