The Data Services Coordinator is responsible for managing data requests across the business and maintaining the quality, accuracy and compliance of the organisation’s data. The role supports sales, marketing and operational teams by providing reliable data, reporting and fulfilment processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update database records to ensure they are accurate, complete and compliant with GDPR.
- Manage incoming data requests from internal stakeholders, primarily Sales and Marketing teams.
- Research and enrich data to support prospecting and business development activities.
- Generate reports to support sales activity, campaigns and internal performance tracking.
- Provide data selection and segmentation support for events, campaigns and subscriptions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Events and Finance) to ensure data needs are met.
- Support partner relationships by maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance standards are met.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requests.
- Strong Excel skills and preferably familiarity with CRM systems.
