As a Data Specialist within Cencora's MWI Animal Health business, you will manage customer data across multiple sources, leading projects such as data migration, cleansing, and transformation. You will act as the point of contact between technical teams and end‑users, ensuring that data quality and project requirements are met.
Responsibilities
- Process data from source systems to target systems.
- Analyze, collect and clean data; conduct data conversion, integrity and verification checks.
- Maintain data pipelines and database optimisation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist technical teams in resolving data‑related issues, including remote monitoring, diagnostics, backup and maintenance.
- Work with other departments to improve processes involving data.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency with relational databases such as MS SQL Server and strong SQL writing skills.
- Experience designing and implementing data pipelines (including migration) and using integration tools such as SSIS.
