This 9-month fixed‑term contract supports Cencora’s veterinary and livestock production solutions through the MWI Animal Health business. The role provides training, consultancy, and project management for MWIAH UK technology products and related modules. The consultant will act as the customer’s voice, assist product SMEs, and support the sales and support teams.
Responsibilities
- Provide training and consultancy support for the CPC team and all customers on MWIAH UK products, including:
- Merlin (PMS)
- MWI Pet
- Various PMS modules and third‑party integrations
- Deliver remote and on‑site support for customers’ Go‑Live following installation, including on‑site training.
- Support pre‑release testing of applications.
- Act as the voice of the customer and collaborate with product SMEs within cross‑functional squads to develop and release new products.
- Foster continuous improvement in training materials and delivery for consistency and effectiveness.
- Assist the Sales team with product demonstrations and build customer success plans.
- Assist on assigned onboarding projects, working alongside Territory Managers, National Technology Manager, and the Sales team.
- Develop consistent project communication to the customer and create/maintain accurate documentation for onboarding rollouts.
- Act as first point of contact for all product consultant team project issues/queries.
Qualifications
- Background in the veterinary industry (essential).
- Experience using Merlin PMS (valued).
- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high‑pressure environment.
- Ability to work within a team‑oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Flexibility to travel nationwide as required.
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
