Overview of the Role
We are looking for a RVP Sales Data Foundation to lead a team of Account Executives driving growth across EEM in the integration and data management space, with a focus on MuleSoft and Informatica solutions. In this role, you will shape go-to-market strategy, develop your team, and serve as a key contributor to Salesforce's broader sales mission — all while building lasting relationships with customers across industries and segments.
What You'll Actually be Doing
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives through recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing mentorship to drive pipeline growth and opportunity identification.
- Own go-to-market strategy for the territory, including revenue forecasting, sales activity reporting, and identifying skills or competency gaps on the team.
- Partner with customers and internal stakeholders at the executive level to build compelling points of view and close strategic deals.
- Represent Data Foundation at local and corporate events to strengthen brand presence and partner relationships across the MuleSoft and Informatica ecosystem.
You're Our Person If...
- 3+ years of experience leading a sales team in enterprise software or information technology.
- Proven track record of prospecting, opening new accounts, and growing existing ones through a consultative sales approach.
- Experience building and maintaining executive-level (C‑suite) relationships and developing strategic account plans.
- Strong understanding of the integration software landscape, including competitive dynamics and target market segments.
Even Better If...
- Experience working with Salesforce, MuleSoft, and/or Informatica products or partner ecosystems.
- Familiarity with data security and privacy considerations in integration and data management platforms.
- Background in formal or informal people leadership (e.g., de facto team lead on a project or account).
- Knowledge of the EEM market and/or experience selling into enterprise segments.
