Overview of the Role

Our team sells the full Salesforce product portfolio into sub-verticals of the Automotive / Aerospace & Defence industry, partnering with some of our most strategic enterprise customers. Salesforce is seeking a curious, commercially astute, and highly credible Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a small number of enterprise accounts. This is an enterprise-facing role with responsibility for driving expansion through value-based, vision-led selling. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, guiding customers through digital transformation and industry disruption while articulating Salesforce’s differentiated value proposition.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute account strategies that align Salesforce’s solutions with customer business objectives, supporting retail digital transformation.
  • Build strong relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in IT, Marketing, and Digital teams to position Salesforce as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Solution Engineers, Industry Leads, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and understand how Salesforce’s technology can solve key industry challenges like omni-channel commerce, personalisation, AI-driven insights, and operational efficiency.
  • Meet and exceed pipeline and sales activity targets, contributing to overall revenue growth for the Retail Vertical.

What we are looking for

  • Strong understanding of the relevant Automotive / Aerospace & Defence industry.
  • Extensive experience selling enterprise software at scale, managing large, complex deal values.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and articulate the value of Salesforce’s solutions to address these challenges.
  • A self-starter who is driven, competitive, and eager to achieve significant revenue targets.
  • Experience working with partners, advisory firms, and cross-functional teams to drive results.
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining focus on long-term growth.
