Enterprise Corporate Sales (ECS) is a strategic pillar of Salesforce's Enterprise go-to-market model. The team partners with some of Salesforce's largest Enterprise customers across the UKI market, spanning private and public sector industries. ECS drives approximately 70% of Enterprise transactions and contributes around 30% of total UKI Enterprise revenue. This position involves managing a portfolio of around 10 Enterprise customers, selling across all core Salesforce solutions, and owning opportunities up to £150k ACV. The role is based in London and offers hybrid working options.
Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 10 Enterprise customers and drive cross‑sell and upsell opportunities across the full Salesforce platform.
- Own and close opportunities up to £150k ACV while maintaining pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and a rolling 90‑day book of business.
- Work closely with Core Account Directors, Sales Development Representatives, Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and the broader virtual account team to deliver customer outcomes.
- Participate in structured coaching, enablement programs, and regular feedback sessions to continuously improve sales execution and Enterprise selling skills.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience managing multiple sales opportunities simultaneously in a fast‑paced, high‑velocity environment.
- Proven ability to maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and consistent quota attainment.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across cross‑functional teams including account directors, solution engineers, and customer success.
- Experience selling technology solutions, SaaS products, or Enterprise software with a focus on customer growth and retention.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling within Enterprise accounts across private or public sector industries.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and sales productivity tools.
- Track record of success in a coaching‑driven, team‑oriented sales culture.
