Join Centara Ltd, part of the RSK Group, and help deliver Drawing Management projects for some of the UK's leading power and infrastructure organisations. Centara supports major utility and infrastructure clients across the UK and specialises in surveying, engineering and drawing management services.

Working closely with clients, site teams and project managers, you'll coordinate projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, compliance and successful delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coordinating drawing management and document control projects across the UK.
• Supporting site teams and monitoring project progress.
• Managing project documentation, reports and drawing records.
• Working directly with clients and stakeholders.
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members.
• Identifying and resolving project issues.
• Helping ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.

This is a varied role combining office work, site visits, client engagement and project coordination.

Essential

What We're Looking For

• Experience in document control, drawing management or engineering administration.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Willingness to travel throughout the UK.

Desirable

• Utilities, power, construction or infrastructure experience.
• AutoCAD knowledge.
• Experience leading projects or coordinating teams.
• Knowledge of drawing management systems and processes.
