Centar Surfacing is looking for self-motivated and reliable site operatives to expand our forward-thinking business. We are an independent asphalt surfacing contractor operating across the South and Central UK with a focus on delivering a quality service.
We are keen to work with site operatives who already have surfacing experience. Ideally, we are looking for people with experience of machine laying operations, driving the paver or doing the screws, or operatives who have previously worked as part of a machine lay gang.
We love upskilling people who want to develop themselves and learn new things. We love working with people who want to commit to the business, produce a high-quality result, and share in the profits. Therefore, we offer a healthy bonus scheme and a healthcare package to all of our operatives.
A driving licence is essential as we work all over the South East. Ideally, we are looking for people situated no more than 30 minutes from the M25 to cover our working area with a realistic commute.
