About the Role
In this role, you’ll help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment for children across all programs. You’ll work closely with your team, contributing to the day-to-day flow and bringing consistency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, play-based programs that reflect children’s interests and support their development
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for all children
- Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure strong daily operations
- Contribute to programming, documentation, and continuous improvement
- Assist in maintaining compliance with regulations and service standards
- Bring initiative, reliability, and a positive team-focused approach
What We’re Looking For
- Demonstrated experience working in OSHC or school-aged care environments
- Strong understanding of child development and play-based learning
- Current completion (or willingness to complete prior to commencement) of mandatory National Child Training (via Geckko)
- Ability to confidently manage groups of children and respond to varying needs
- A proactive and reliable team member who can contribute positively to team culture
