About the Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher (ECT), you will:

  • Deliver an inclusive, engaging Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and QKLG
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
  • Create inspiring indoor and outdoor learning environments that spark curiosity and growth
  • Document children’s learning through observations, evaluations and reflections
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Represent the service with professionalism, reflecting Catholic Early EdCare values

What You’ll Need

  • ACECQA-approved Bachelor, Graduate Diploma or Master’s in Early Childhood Education
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications
  • Valid Blue Card (Working with Children Check – QLD)
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, National Law & Regulations
  • Understanding of behaviour guidance and inclusive practice frameworks
