Are you passionate about creating a fun, safe, and enriching environment for children? St Ann’s Outside School Hours Care is seeking a motivated and experienced Coordinator to lead our large, vibrant service – part of a welcoming school and community.
This is a full-time, 12-month fixed-term contract, perfect for an experienced leader looking to make a meaningful impact.
About the Role
- Oversee daily operations of Before School, After School, and Vacation Care (up to 100 children)
- Lead and inspire a team of dedicated educators
- Design engaging, play-based programs tailored to children’s interests
- Build trusted relationships with children, families, and the school community
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, safety, and quality standards
- Promote our values-led service within the local community
