We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Architectural Technologist to join our Glasgow, Sheffield, and Cardiff studios. This role is ideal for a driven professional with at least three years of post-qualification experience and a Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology, looking to develop their career within a collaborative and dynamic environment. You will be responsible for developing detailed work packages, either independently or as part of a team, ensuring high technical standards and seamless coordination with design professionals. Key Responsibilities * Develop detailed design packages for projects of various scales. * Work within a BIM Level 2 environment, using Revit proficiently. * Experience with Navisworks and/or Solibri is advantageous. * Liaise effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and clients. * Maintain a strong understanding of UK Planning, Building Regulations, and CDM Regulations. * Utilise NBS Chorus for specification writing. * Produce high-quality technical documentation and design solutions. * Work collaboratively across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless project delivery. What We’re Looking For * Minimum of three years post-qualification experience in architectural technology. * Diploma or higher in Architectural Technology. * Strong technical skills and attention to detail. * Proficiency in Revit within a BIM Level 2 environment. * Experience using NBS Chorus for specification writing. * Ability to communicate design solutions effectively within teams. * A proactive and collaborative approach to project work.
