Duties and Responsibilities:Assign online training courses to groups and individualsManage individual learning pathsEnroll and Delete users within the LMS platformWork with all departments to create and administer courses tailored to departmental needsCreate and distribute PDF/Interactive Training ContentAssist Training Manager with capturing and documenting knowledge from Legacy companiesAssist with Data Base and content management for Technician Support Portal and Training MatrixAdditional projects and assignments as directed by Training Manager or DirectorSkills and Requirements:Proven experience utilizing any eLearning platformExcellent attention to detail, being thorough in completing tasks, ability to detect problems and report information accordinglyGood written communication as appropriate for the needs of the audience, including reading comprehension to read and interpret documentsComputer proficiency with an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based programsMust be reliable, responsible, and dependable to fulfil obligationsMust be willing and able to practice adaptability, with a growth mindset and willingness to learnPhysical Requirements:Ability to push, pull, bend, stoop, and reach freelyAbility to sit for long periods of time Must have good hand/eye coordination Vision correctable to 20/20Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
