What You'll Be Doing
- Monitor AWS and on-premise environments to ensure everything is secure, stable, and performing at its best.
- Own incidents from start to finish, troubleshoot issues, and keep customers informed.
- Help deploy updates and improvements while following best practices.
- Spot trends, prevent problems, and suggest smarter ways of working.
- Collaborate with customers, vendors, and your team to deliver outstanding service.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a technical role.
- Hands-on knowledge of AWS and Linux OS.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and cloud service management.
- Strong communication skills and a logical, problem-solving mindset.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in a 24/7 operational environment (like a NOC).
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Nagios, Zabbix).
- SQL/MySQL administration skills.
- Understanding of Agile/DevOps practices.
