We are looking for an experienced Field Manager to lead and develop a regional team of Field Service Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for driving service excellence, meeting SLAs and KPIs, and ensuring our engineers deliver a consistently high-quality customer experience. You will act as a role model within the business, combining strong leadership with hands-on operational oversight to ensure performance, compliance, and quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the day-to-day operational performance of the region, ensuring SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction targets are achieved.
- Leading and developing Field Service Engineers, proactively managing workloads and resources.
- Driving a right-first-time approach to service delivery.
- Supporting recruitment and performance management.
- Ensuring compliance with PCI and audit requirements.
- Overseeing costs, assets, and vehicles.
- Producing accurate management reporting.
- Resolving operational issues while escalating where necessary.
About you:
You will bring proven experience managing teams in a field-based or operational environment, with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire others. You are comfortable working to demanding SLAs and KPIs, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and are highly organised with a strong eye for detail. You are confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, have strong analytical and reporting capabilities, and can manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work rota-based early, late, and weekend shifts is essential, with a full UK driving licence preferred.
