Senior Marketing Manager owns the design, governance, and performance of international demand campaigns for HED/Gale, ensuring regional teams consistently deliver high‑impact, revenue‑driving programs.

This role operates at the intersection of strategy and execution, setting the campaign framework, decision logic, and measurement standards that make global demand scalable and repeatable.

This role is a senior partner to Content Strategy/Thought Leadership, Events & Customer Programs, Product Marketing, Sales, Marketing Ops, and regional marketing leaders (EMEA, Asia, ANZ).

The role provides campaign leadership, prioritization, and optimization, translating business strategy into fewer, stronger programs that drive MQL quality, pipeline contribution, and long‑term growth.

What you’ll do here

  • Lead global demand campaign strategy and architecture
  • Own and lead the global demand campaign framework for HED/Gale, ensuring campaigns align to portfolio priorities, regional needs, and revenue goals.
  • Define campaign objectives, target audiences, offers, channel mix, sequencing, timelines, and success metrics, balancing ambition with operational reality.
  • Establish clear campaign standards and guidelines that enable consistency, quality, and scalability across regions.
  • Design and operationalize high‑impact campaigns
  • Build end‑to‑end global campaign plays that deliver high‑quality marketing leads and pipeline impact.
  • Translate strategy into clear, actionable campaign briefs and kits that regional teams can implement.
  • Guide trade‑off decisions to focus effort on the highest‑impact campaigns, reducing noise and complexity.
  • Provide senior cross‑functional leadership

  • Content Strategy/Thought Leadership to build compelling narratives, offers, and assets aligned to demand goals.
  • Events & Customer Programs to integrate events and webinars into cohesive, conversion‑focused journeys.
  • Product Marketing to align campaigns to value propositions, personas, proof points, and product priorities.
  • Sales and regional marketing leaders to ensure campaigns support sales motions and local market dynamics.
  • Act as a senior connector across teams, proactively identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities.
  • Enable and influence regional execution
  • Deliver region‑ready campaign toolkits, including messaging frameworks, assets, timelines, and reporting expectations.
  • Support EMEA, Asia, and ANZ teams through office hours, enablement sessions, and implementation advice, balancing global strategy with local needs.
  • Incorporate regional feedback and performance insights into continuous campaign improvement.
  • Own performance, optimization, and learning
  • Partner with Marketing Ops / Rev Ops to ensure clean execution, reliable attribution, and consistent measurement.
  • Track and analyze MQL volume and quality, conversion rates, pipeline contribution, and velocity.
  • Lead optimization and test‑and‑learn efforts to improve in‑flight and future campaigns.
  • Maintain a campaign performance and learning backlog to help the team scale, refine, or retire campaigns.

Skills you will need here

  • Deep experience in demand marketing and global campaign leadership, with a proven ability to drive pipeline impact, not just activity.
  • Strong track record designing integrated, multi‑channel demand programs across email, paid media, social, search, web, events, and partners.
  • Ability to operate as a senior cross‑functional leader, influencing across teams
  • Highly organized, systematic planner who can manage through complexity and build simple solutions.
  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, comfortable using funnel data to guide decisions and priorities.
  • Clear, confident communicator—able to set direction, explain trade‑offs, and drive alignment.
  • Experience working in global or international marketing environments strongly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Typically 8+ years proven experience in campaign marketing, demand marketing, or related roles.
