We are now looking for a Water Efficiency Auditor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Water Efficiency Auditor, you will help residents save water and lower bills through efficient, on-site assessments. Assessing each property, you will identify the most effective water-saving solutions and expertly install approved devices tailored to the customers' needs, all while delivering exceptional service at every visit. You'll also carry out Home Water MOTs, identify issues such as dripping taps and faulty toilets, repair minor leaks, and provide tailored water efficiency advice.

Additionally, you will:

  • Ensure all post-installation information is left with the customer clearly and accurately
  • Ensure all approved water-saving devices are installed in each customer's home
  • Use the project-specific CRM system to log completed jobs and maintain accurate records
  • Manage your own schedule and diary to meet appointment and installation commitments

About You

To be considered as a Water Efficiency Auditor, you will need:

  • Experience working in customer-facing environments
  • Strong communication skills
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality work standards
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • A full, valid driving licence
