We are now looking for a Site Manager / Site Supervisor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis.

You will be the driving force behind site excellence, with the autonomy to lead health and safety, oversee contractor performance, and uphold the highest quality standards.

The Role

As our Site Manager / Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects on-site. Leading health and safety, you will carry out risk assessments, manage site security, ensure compliance with waste management policies, and oversee contractor safety procedures. You will also compile and maintain essential project documentation, including Construction Phase Plans, risk registers, and health and safety files.

Additionally, you will:

  • Manage the overall project plan and ensure deliverables are met
  • Ensure effective communication with tenants and stakeholders
  • Manage external contractors and delivery partners
  • Oversee quality control and ensure subcontractors meet compliance standards
  • Complete site diaries, accident and incident reports, and monthly valuations
  • Ensure all site visitors are inducted and comply with health and safety procedures

About You

To be considered as a Site Manager / Site Supervisor, you will need:

  • SMSTS and CSCS certification
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Projects
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong motivation and a team-oriented attitude
  • Confidence in dealing with residents and stakeholders
  • A full, valid driving licence and willingness to travel

The successful candidate must have a current and acceptable DBS check or be willing to undertake one.
