MWI Animal Health is looking for a Territory Manager to join our UK sales team, supporting independent veterinary practices across the South East. This is a field-based position where you’ll take ownership of a large territory, managing existing customer relationships while identifying opportunities for growth. You’ll work across a broad product and service offering, including wholesale consumables, buying group solutions, and additional services such as home delivery and technology. You’ll be on the road around four days a week, managing your own diary and building strong, long-term partnerships with veterinary practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of independent veterinary practices within your territory
  • Retain and grow existing customer relationships
  • Drive revenue through sales of consumables and value-added services
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities
  • Build account plans for key customers
  • Understand customer needs and introduce appropriate solutions
  • Qualify opportunities related to practice management technology
  • Maintain accurate records of activity within CRM systems
  • Manage your own call cycle, diary, and appointments

About You

We’re looking for someone who can build credibility quickly and manage a territory effectively. You will have:

  • Experience in external B2B sales and account management
  • Background within animal health, veterinary, pharmaceutical, or a related sector
  • Strong commercial awareness, including pricing and negotiation
