  • Location: Swansea
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday 18:00 to 22:00 and Sunday 08:00 to 12:00

Summary of Role

Alliance Healthcare delivers to over 17,000 pharmacies, doctors, hospitals and health centres across the UK twice a day. As a Warehouse Operative, you will work in a fast paced environment and play a key role in ensuring essential healthcare products are picked, packed and delivered accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Picking and packing orders on the manual picking belt
  • Working in the medical bulk picking area
  • Picking in chilled fridge areas (premium paid)
  • Working within secure picking areas
  • Supporting transport and routing completed orders to final destinations
  • Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and organised working environment

Skills and Knowledge

  • Previous experience within a warehouse environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced setting
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills
  • Intermediate numeracy and literacy skills
  • Flexible and positive approach to work
  • Desirable: experience working in a healthcare or regulated environment
  • Desirable: familiarity with warehouse systems or picking technology
