- In collaboration with the VMO, ensure adoption plan can successfully support technology.
- Provide clear status reporting to leadership and stakeholders.
- Actively manage scope, dependencies, and cross‑team impacts.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues early.
- Surface delivery trade‑offs clearly to support decision‑making.
- Manage initiative‑level budgets and forecasts.
- Deliver initiatives in line with portfolio standards and governance.
- Collaborate with the VMO and delivery community.
- Support dependency management across the broader portfolio.
- Contribute to accurate resource planning and capacity management.
- Apply delivery frameworks pragmatically with a focus on outcomes.
- Support Agile and hybrid delivery approaches where appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in our team if you:
- Take ownership and accountability for delivery outcomes.
- Focus on delivering for our customers.
- Are comfortable operating in complex, multi‑system environments.
- Can clearly and confidently communicate with global stakeholders.
Experience That Will Help You Succeed
- 5+ years delivering complex technology initiatives end‑to‑end with accountability for outcomes across time, cost, scope, and quality.
- Familiarity with delivery and reporting tools such as ServiceNow, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps (ADO), or JIRA.
- Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum.
- Demonstrated proficiency in risk and issue management, including early identification, impact assessment, escalation, and driving effective mitigation plans across technical, operational, and delivery dimensions.
- Strong experience guiding delivery teams through project estimation, including development of realistic budget forecasts, resource plans, and delivery timelines, and maintaining those estimates as conditions change.
- Ability to balance delivery ambition with practical constraints, adjusting scope, sequencing, and plans as risks, dependencies, and priorities evolve.
- Experience managing large, complex initiatives alongside one or more medium or smaller projects.
- A solid understanding of dependency management, testing coordination, and release planning.
- Experience working with global, cross‑functional stakeholders and influencing without direct authority.
What success looks like in this role
- Initiatives consistently deliver against agreed outcomes.
- Stakeholders trust delivery plans, progress, and communication.
