Job Details: This role is in support of Cencora's third party logistics service in Europe operating through our Alloga business.

Position Summary and Key Responsibilities:

  • Permanent above-market business-side delivery role orchestrating critical cross-country programmes, successive technology transformation project rollout waves and BPO workstreams.
  • Owns cross-functional project coordination, delivery planning, milestone tracking and structured project pre-planning to support the PPM process.
  • Relieves nominated Business Process Owners and regional leaders from de facto project management responsibilities — enabling them to focus on process ownership and Discovery validation as their primary project contribution.
  • Works in close partnership with the PPM & PMO Director, IT delivery leads and market-level project resources.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Significant experience as a senior project or programme manager in complex, multi-country business transformation environments.
  • Track record of managing cross-functional, business-led workstreams — not IT delivery only.
  • Ability to operate independently across multiple concurrent workstreams without requiring day-to-day direction.
  • Experience in structured project methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, SAFe or equivalent) applied pragmatically in fast-moving, resource-constrained environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills at VP and Director level across business and IT functions.
  • Experience coordinating across multiple markets and time zones, with sensitivity to local operating contexts.
  • Experience in pharma, healthcare, logistics or comparable regulated industries preferred.
  • Fluent English required; additional European language(s) advantageous.

This role is available on a hybrid working basis attached to one of our 3PL locations, with regular international travel (approx 30-50%).
