This role is in support of Cencora's wholesale distribution services in Europe operating through our Alliance Healthcare business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Branded Medical Supply Chain and Surgical Supply Chain team with replenishment duties of a specific range of manufacturers, bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers and other day-to-day tasks which may develop in line with the business' requirements.
  • Build strong internal & external stakeholder relationships, responding to their requests, supporting them by ensuring excellent ongoing service whilst delivering against the business' agreed KPIs (key performance indicators).
  • Be in the office at least 4 days a week during the probationary period (6 months).

Qualifications

  • Experience in Supply chain / logistics / replenishment or a recent Supply chain degree or equivalent.
  • MS Outlook & intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-lookups, formulas).
  • Experience using SAP would be advantageous.
  • Customer focused.
  • Self-starter.
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as autonomously.
